Launch checklist
Live checkout requires a verified merchant account, approved seller disclosures and delivery charge, receipt credentials, supplier rechecks, and a successful real sandbox payment/callback test. Credentials belong in Supabase Edge Function secrets, never in the browser.
Orders
Newest 100 orders. Payment is confirmed only by a verified provider notification. You cannot mark an unpaid order as paid here.
Equipment requests
Newest 100 requests. Reply to the customer’s verified email after checking the exact supplier item, variant, availability and permitted commercial supply.
Products & pricing
Temu equipment: 100% markup on verified item cost. Clicks consumables: 25%, rounded up to a whole rand. Costs exclude any unverified import/freight charges. The 10% coupon applies to products only on baskets over R3,000.
Receipt delivery
Accepted means accepted by Resend, not proof of inbox delivery. Failed sends can be retried; attempts older than the provider’s idempotency window require manual review before resending.
